Overall really nice stay at winter time. Everything was perfect, amicable staff, magnificent views of the Mountains. The pool was nice, the staff was efficient. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. Could use their free parking. The location of the hotel was peaceful and easy - at a moderate distance from Medicine Lake. It was across the pretty nice area.

Enjoyed how modern and lovely welcoming the property was and its smart staff on that German receptionist. The provided breakfast was good hot with bagels and also good options. The hotel had a favourable and stunning location in the middle of Jasper.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

The location on the outskirts of town meant that it was very quiet for sleeping while still being close enough to be able to walk to the town. I also enjoyed having a variety of restaurants to choose from right at the hotel.
The air conditioning unit was located in a spot that blew directly onto one of the beds which was a bit of a problem. Also, although the rate was reasonable for the town, all accommodation in Jasper is, in my opinion, is a bit expensive.

The restaurant at the hotel is very good for dinner. The location. It's in town, but a bit far from the little ( and calm) center of jasper, and because of this it's quieter than others, even the road is silent at night. They gave us a room with a private balcony, looking to the mountains.
They didn't have an extra luggage rack! How can a hotel like that don't have this basic stuff??? And the rooms looking to the mountais didn't have a king bed, only two doubles.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The warm, lodge-style ambiance embraced us. Roasting marshmallows by the communal fire while watching elk wander past was good. Wake up to fine mountain views from our Woodland Balcony Room, absolute bliss 🌄
can recommend ❤️🌟

It is a well run hotel on the edge of Jasper with a good standard of dining facilities. We enjoyed using the pool but were pleased our room was not one of those that faced into the centre of the hotel.
The smell from the pool could be invasive at times.

great room.....good size and nicely presented
The most awful breakfast. Food tasted very poor. Almost inedible. even the plumbs couldnt be eaten. You'd be better going into town or the family resturant next door , behind the petrol station where I had a great lunch.,

The room was clean and the staff tried their best to deal with my complaints but sadly they were unable to help. They couldn't have tried harder to help though.
The communication prior to arriving was zero - though I was told they couldn't email me as you guys don't give out my email details: once I had made a complain on check out they were on the email only too quick. Don't expect an exercise room that functions. Two machines should not be in the room and there is no ventilation. I specifically booked this hotel as it had an exercise room. Atrium rooms don't have windows that can open. Outside rooms per say have balconies but that open either onto the noisy carpark at the back, over the esso station next door or the entrance and unloading bay. There fore one side only could be deemed as quiet but if you are not noise sensitive these things won't bother you.
